Ensure and operate physical and financial progress monitoring system based on the APO.Monitor safety measures working conditions, respect for legal Labor Laws.Ensure the Environmental compliance at working place.Monitor hygiene requirements of work sites as per contract documents.Supervise all civil works during implementation as per Contract document.Establishing procedures for systematic on-site checking to ensure quality and quantities of all work items.Establish procedures for performing laboratory and field test on compaction, gradation, quality of bricks, aggregate and concrete materials and reinforcement, technical properties of DPC & other construction material Monitor and prepare reports on the work progress and impact of land acquisition and recommend for any penal actionagainst the contractor as per condition of contract and submit toand PMU. Prepare quarterly and annual reports of physical and financial progress and performance of all components.Prepare consolidated reports including summary analysis of key issues for management review to assist timely completion of the project..
