Project of Description:
The objective of the Consultancy Services is to develop a techno-econornically feasible architectural & detail engineering design for the development of the township area of Matarbari 2×600 MW USC Coal Fired Power Plant, The task is to create a Masterplan along with architectural drawing and detail engineering design by providing sufficient details for its implementation, including the built form, road networks, and other utilities. While in detail design phase, the consultant should comply with all the relevant rules and laws to get the approval of the construction. And also intervene to get the approval of the draw ng and works in all stages from related/appropriate authodty.
The main objectives of this assignment, but not limited to:
- a) To carry-out Site analysis, Topographic survey and soil test. b)To prepare detail architectural drawing of all the functions of masterplan for initiating eng’neering design for the construction. c) Detail Engineering design such as Civil, Mechanical, Electdcal and Plumbing drawing for the construction of building structure, road along with other supporting facilities. Detail technical specification of the township up to completion of construction and commissioning work for the budgeting of construction phase.
