With a total floor area of approximately 2,91,956 square feet, the development reflects modern standards of functionality, safety, and efficiency.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Services Provided:<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The consultancy services included feasibility studies, detailed architectural, structural, and engineering design, as well as comprehensive construction supervision. The project incorporated centralized air-conditioning, high-speed elevators, standby power generation, advanced fire-fighting systems, and other modern building services.
