For this reason, Consultancy Services are needed for Detailed Architectural Drawing, Structural Design, and Cost Estimate Including Construction Supervision for the Project or “Establishment of River Port at Chilmary (Ramna, Jorgachh, Rajibpur, Rowmari, Nayarhat)\u201c<\/p>\n

Services Provided:<\/b><\/p>\n

  • Prepare layout plan, Architectural Master Plan, 3D view & animation of infrastructures incorporated in the DPP;\n

    o Conduct Survey work & sub-soil investigation of soil;<\/p>\n

    o Prepare detail Architectural and Structural design as well as 3D Master Plan & Animation;<\/p>\n

    o Prepare detail cost estimate with rate analysis as per Total Procurement plan of the DPP;<\/p>\n

    o Prepare detail item wise cost analysis and cost estimate as per Total Procurement Plan of the DPP;<\/p>\n

    o Prepare Standard Tender Document with technical specification for individual packages;<\/p>\n

    o Modify and revise (if required) the original design, technical specifications, construction drawings and<\/p>\n

    related calculations and estimates and to assist the client in the negotiation necessary for the execution<\/p>\n

    of the changes\/variations;<\/p>\n

    o Drafting the report; etc;<\/p>\n
