MPA will appoint a qualified and competent consultant for services regarding the preparation of technical specifications, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), item-wise price estimation, preparation of tender documents, services regarding design checking, regular construction supervision\/inspection in different important phases of construction or as and when needed by MPA, test trial and certification, and other necessary services, which are required to optimize the procurement.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Services Provided:<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Stage-1: Pre-bidding Stages: Vessel Selection of optimum specification.
