The main bridge consists of a segmental prestressed post-tensioned box girder with a structural arrangement of 2\u00d750 m + 9\u00d7100 m spans. The viaduct consists of prestressed I-girders with 23 spans of 30 m each. The project also includes approximately 500 m of approach road on both sides and river training works for bank protection upstream and downstream.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Services Provided:<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The consultancy services were carried out in two stages: Feasibility Study and Detailed Design. During the feasibility stage, the consultant conducted comprehensive field visits to the proposed underpass site and surrounding connectivity corridors to assess project requirements and constraints. Extensive technical studies, surveys, and investigations were performed, including hydro-morphological, socio-economic, environmental, and social impact assessments. Existing data were collected, processed, and analyzed to evaluate alternative development options and determine the most suitable underpass alignment, approaches, and structural form. The consultant also prepared land acquisition plans, environmental assessments, and project cost estimates in DPP format and presented study findings while maintaining close coordination with the client throughout the planning process. In the detailed design stage, the consultant carried out detailed engineering design of the underpass, including substructure, foundation systems, and approach roads. Designs incorporated earthquake-resilient features, drainage control systems, and other protective measures based on hydro-geotechnical recommendations. The assignment also included the preparation of perspective views and animated visualizations of the proposed facility to support project presentation and stakeholder understanding.
