Engr. Mohammad Ali Shams is the Project Director at JPZ Consulting (Bangladesh) Ltd. He holds a B.Eng. in EEE from Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology and a Master’s in Engineering from the University of Calgary, Canada. With over 33 years of experience, he specializes in technical services, project management, and consulting for national and international projects, including World Bank–funded initiatives. His decade-long overseas experience spans top EPCM and construction firms in Canada’s fossil fuel and plant sectors.
