Description of the Project: The consulting services cover two work areas – procurement of the waste collection vessel and construction of reception facilities. For smooth, technically competent, cost-effective procurement of the vessel and the reception facility, expert services are essential at every phase. MPA will appoint a qualified and competent consultant for services regarding the preparation of technical specifications, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), item-wise price estimation, preparation of tender documents, services regarding design checking, regular construction supervision/inspection in different important phases of construction or as and when needed by MPA, test trial and certification, and other necessary services, which are required to optimize the procurement.
Services Provided: Stage-1: Pre-bidding Stages: Vessel Selection of optimum specification. Preparation of conceptual General Arrangement (G.A) Plan and layout plan iii. Preparation of BOQ & Price estimation Stage-2: Pre-Construction Stage: Preparation of Tender Document. Scrutinize and Ensure Compliance. Stage-3: Construction Stage: vi. Construction Supervision / Inspection & Test-Trial. |
