Project Description:

Mongla port is the second largest port in the country and the gateway for the south-western part of the country. To cope with the growing demand for cargo handling at Mongla Port, further development is a dire necessity. In view of the same, in order to improve the performance and to meet the increasing demand of different projects for the development of the port, the procurement of different types of specialized watercrafts for carrying out the mandated responsibilities has been considered by the government. Mongla Port, as an international maritime port under IMO guidelines, and providing required marine services to incoming vessels in the port to fulfill MARPOL mandatory responsibilities,is intended.

Services Provided:

• Prepare Layout Plans, document, and design of Port Reception Facility Plant, including support structures;
• Selection of size, particulars of the waste collection vessel, oil spill recovery vessel;
• Prepare specification, quality, code classification, certification, origin of all materials, machinery, equipment, systems, appliances, services, supplies, reports, etc. required to construct vessels and reception facility;
