Description of the Project:

The main objective of engaging the consulting services is to design the Existing Area following the architectural plan at a depth of approximately 300 meters from the Project Boundary line of integrated development of Hatirjheel Area, including the Begunbari khal Project, providing necessary reports such as Topographic, geological survey Report & Environmental impact Assessment (EIA), including a preliminary master plan.

Services Provided:

The consultancy services include conducting detailed surveys required for effective planning and design of the project area adjacent to Hatirjheel. The scope covers the preparation of comprehensive site plans and architectural designs that integrate functionality, aesthetics, and sustainable urban development principles. It also involves the detailed engineering design of the proposed road, including geometric features such as alignment, cross-sections, intersections, and drainage considerations to ensure safe and efficient transportation. All designs, technical drawings, and project documents will be prepared in full compliance with the existing BC Rules 2008 and the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory conformity.
