Description of the Project:

The objective of this consultancy assignment was to develop a technically sound, economically viable, and sustainable master plan along with comprehensive architectural and detailed engineering designs for the township area of the Matarbari 2×600 MW USC Coal-Fired Power Plant. The consultancy services aimed to provide all necessary planning, design, and engineering documentation required for successful project implementation, regulatory approval, construction, and commissioning.

Comprehensive architectural and engineering designs were developed for all facilities within the township, including structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, road, drainage, and utility systems. Detailed construction drawings, technical specifications, and cost-estimation documents were prepared to support budgeting, procurement, and construction activities.

Services Provided:

The scope of work included site analysis, topographic surveying, and geotechnical investigations to establish the basis for planning and design. Based on these studies, a detailed township master plan was prepared, incorporating residential, administrative, recreational, transportation, and utility infrastructure components.

The consultancy also ensured compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and statutory requirements and provided support in obtaining necessary approvals from relevant authorities throughout the design and implementation stages.
