To implement this project, RAJUK as well as Government decides to construct 240 multistoried 16storied building including one basement floor. Proposed lay-out plan consists of 3 (three) types of flats. (1) Type ‘A’ Flats with gross Area of each flat of is around 1511 sqft,/ Net Area = 1250 Sft (2) Type B Flats : Gross Area of each flat of Type ‘B’ is around 1311 sqft,/Net Area=1050 Sft (3) Type C Flats: Gross Area of each flat of Type ‘C’ is around 1111 sqft. /Net Area=850 Sft. However depending upon the final architectural details gross area may vary marginally. To implement the project 214.44 acre land has been earmarked at Sector no. 18 of Uttara Residential Model Town (3rd Phase), Uttara, Dhaka. To implement the main project a detailed technical and financial feasibility study of the main project would have to be done on the basis of existing technical, financial and socio-economic situation.
Study of hydrological and drainage facilities. Study of climatology, geology, seismicity and geotechnical consideration.Study of land development, landscaping, and road development. Study of relocation/ shifting/ installation of utility services. Preliminary design and drawings of the infrastructures. Preliminary cost estimate of the project. Economic evaluation: Economic Analysis, Socio-economic condition of the zone of influence and Environmental Impact Assessment.
