Description of the Project:
Independent University (IUB) intends to construct a state-of-the-art non-residential campus building with all the infrastructure required for a modern University on a total area of about 3.00 acres of land. The campus shall have provisions to accommodate future additional developments. In the building, there shall be provision for a central air-conditioning system, a lift, and a standby generator. Fire-fighting system and all modern amenities. The Campus comprises 9- to 10-story office buildings. Library and other utility buildings.
Services Provided:
The services provided included detailed engineering design, construction supervision, and coordination of infrastructure development works. Services also covered the provision of central air-conditioning systems, lifts, standby generators, fire-fighting systems, and modern utility facilities.
