Description of the Project:
The building is constructed as a 3-Storied Building including a Basement Vault. “Seismic Zoning Map of Bangladesh and Outline of a Code of Practice Earthquake Resistant Design of structures, 1979” published by the Geological Survey of Bangladesh or with the Bangladesh National Building Code.
Services Provided:
Detailed structural engineering design and drawing of the vault, cost estimation, and preparation of specifications. Supply and application of Vandex cementitious capacity waterproofing material. Vandex Super is applied in two slurry coats (0.75kg/m2/Coat) by masonry brush on vault slab and vertical walls. Developing the retrofitting design of the building, and evaluating the seismic risk assessment of the building. Top supervision.
