Description of the Project:
This project involved the planning, design, and supervision of multiple residential and support facilities for Bangladesh Bank. The development included four single-storied guest houses and a two-storied police barrack at Bangladesh Bank premises in Rajshahi, along with a six-storied guest house at Rupsha Officers’ Quarters in Khulna. The total floor area was approximately 12,000 square feet, providing modern accommodation and support facilities.
Services Provided:
Services included feasibility studies, detailed architectural and structural design, and comprehensive construction supervision. The project incorporated modern building systems, including centralized air-conditioning, passenger lifts, standby power generators, fire-fighting and fire-safety systems, and other essential amenities. Design and supervision services ensured functionality, safety, comfort, and compliance with applicable standards, resulting in high-quality facilities for Bangladesh Bank personnel and guests. |
