2-Storied office building and 3-Story height two – span (80′ each) steel tress roof and Steel Column with RCC foundation structure. Steel Supplier – Zamil Steel Bangladesh Office. Skilled labor training center is a Singapore-Bangladesh Joint Venture project, which is planned and developed to train and tap local labor to meet up the demand of skilled labor in Singapore.
Services Provided:
Detailed Structural Engineering Design and Drawing. Steel design criteria fixing, analysis with s-frame software and design for vertical & horizontal load resistance. Cost estimation and preparation of Specification. Supply and Applying of Vandex Cementitious Capillary Waterproofing Material. Vandex Super is applied in two slurry coats (0.75kg/m2/Coat) by masonry brush on Vault Slab and Vertical walls. Developing the Retrofitting design of the building. Evaluating the Seismic risk assessment of the Building.
