The project was developed to support modern naval training and administrative functions, integrating efficient space planning, durability, and a contemporary architectural character within the Potenga naval campus.

Comprehensive services included master planning, architectural design, structural engineering design, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design. The project scope also covered coordination of all building systems and a six-month construction supervision period to ensure quality execution, compliance with design intent, and successful project delivery.
