Project Description:

To provide residential accommodation for the power plant O &M people, CPGCBL has taken some initiative to develop a township that will provide all the public facilities by creating an iconic image of a smart and sustainable city. The project is located at Matarbari&Dholghata Union, Moheshkhali Upazila, Cox’s Bazar District, ChittagongDivision. Approximately 76.5 acres of land are demarked to develop the township that is located adjacent to the Matarbari Power Plant area on the west and the access road on the east side. The project is an architectural statement with all socio-cultural& technical considerations as an example for a futuristic neighborhood.

Services Provided:

  • Township Development, including all basic infrastructure for 4000 residents;
  • Detailed digital Topographic Survey including necessary drawings;
  • A report including future design guidelines, development plan, consideration of the Detailed Master Plan, including layout plan with clear legends, conceptual drawings, and guidelines of security;
  • Road Network Plan;
  • Landscape Plan along with Layout Plan;
  • Architectural design;
  • Soil Test/Geotechnical report;
  • Detail Engineering Design & Drawing;
  • Detail bill of quantities with technical specification.
