Description of the Project:

Preparation of the Master Plan and Detailed Design for the Graveyard Complex and associated infrastructure near the National Martyred Intellectuals Memorial (Rayerbazar) under Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC). The project included master planning of the cemetery area, detailed design of an architectural arch bridge, internal road network, landscaping, drainage facilities, pedestrian walkways, utility services, and other supporting infrastructure to enhance accessibility, functionality, and the overall memorial environment.

Services Provided:

The consultancy services include conducting detailed surveys required for effective planning and design of the project area adjacent to Hatirjheel. The scope covers the preparation of comprehensive site plans and architectural designs that integrate functionality, aesthetics, and sustainable urban development principles. It also involves the detailed engineering design of the proposed road, including geometric features such as alignment, cross-sections, intersections, and drainage considerations to ensure safe and efficient transportation. All designs, technical drawings, and project documents will be prepared in full compliance with the existing BC Rules 2008 and the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory conformity.
